Outshine offers dance classes that are available for interested students in our afterschool program and for those who want a class on the Saturday morning, we collaborate with professional and active dancers to teach dance at Outshine.
Hip hop dance
Hip Hop Dance class occurs during afterschool hours. Afterschool children can elect to participate in the dance class for a small fee. Hip-Hop dance is a vibrant form of dance that combines a variety of freestyle movements. Hip-hop is composed of three main styles: popping, locking, and breaking.

Saturday Dance
Outshine is collaborating with Lovely Leaps dance studio where their professional instructors teach dance to children appropriate for their age. The children and parents love it. Please contact us if you are interested in participating.

Art
Outshine has a fantastic artist who can teach young and old the principles of color and the process of producing beautiful art pieces. Students will learn to utilize colors and develop the ability to sketch. Students explore using watercolors and colored pencils to shade, outline, and fill their art pieces. Children love this opportunity to develop their creativity. The sketch instructions build the cornerstones for a student’s drawing skills, emphasizing shape, angle, brightness, darkness, while not ignoring other basic concepts.
